*This option is available to pet sitters who have provided their SIRET number and proof of ACACED certification.

While pet sitting remains our primary recommendation, there are circumstances where a boarding facility, whether it be a cattery, a kennel or even a horse boarding facility, may be more appropriate.
These situations include:
Animals with intensive medical needs
For animals requiring constant medical supervision or specialised care (such as regular injections or post-operative treatment), a boarding facility with qualified staff can provide the right environment to meet these needs.
Destructive behaviour or safety issues
Some animals may exhibit destructive behaviour or pose safety risks when left alone, requiring constant supervision. In a dog hotel or cat boarding facility, animals with destructive tendencies can be better monitored and managed.
Behavioural rehabilitation or re-education
Animals undergoing behavioural rehabilitation can benefit from the structured and controlled environment offered by a specialised boarding facility with animal behaviourists or animal trainers.
Animals that cannot tolerate being alone

Integration of the boarding service by pet sitters
You want to add boarding to your pet care services. First of all, make sure you have entered your SIRET number in your profile and uploaded proof of your ACACES certification. Then follow the steps below.
Step 1
Indicate your pet boarding service in your profile, whether it is a cat boarding facility, a pet hotel, a dog boarding facility, a boarding facility for exotic pets or even a horse boarding facility.
In your profile, you can offer boarding services for all animals: cats, dogs, exotic pets, horses, farm animals, etc.
Go to the My profile section. Under your profile photos, you will find a dedicated section where you can add a logo and specify your pet care services.
You must select « Yes, I also offer boarding services ». After confirming, the Boarding tab will appear next to the My rates tab.
Step 2
Use the Boarding tab to specify your rates for your dog boarding, cat boarding, or other animal boarding services.
As with pet sitting at home, select the animals you board and then enter the rates for each animal for one day of boarding as well as the rate per additional animal.
You can apply a discount for boarding three or more types of animals at your home (e.g. one cat, one dog and one rabbit). This discount field is optional; set it to 0 if you do not wish to offer a discount.

Prices for animal boarding facilities should reflect the quality of services offered, whether it is a cat hotel, dog kennel, or any other type of animal boarding facility. Professional pet sitters should ensure that their establishments meet high standards of care and comfort.
